The Wheel by RevoPower is designed to fit most bicycles. It can be easily installed by any person with very basic mechanical skills.
The following steps demonstrate the general process of installing the Wheel on your bicycle.

01. SELECT YOUR BIKE
Select your bike; most bicycles with 26” wheels will work. |

02. REMOVE YOUR OLD WHEEL
Remove your old wheel and place to the side. You will want to keep this wheel so you can switch back if you choose to. |

03. OPEN YOUR WHEEL
Take the Wheel and packaged accessories out of the box and arrange on a table or bench. |

04. INSTALL NEW WHEEL
Slide the Wheel onto the fork ends and lower onto the Wheel’s axle. |
 |

05. TIGHTEN
Once the Wheel is seated properly on the frame, you can tighten the lever arm nuts. Be sure to not over tighten. They only need to be snug. |

06. INSTALL THROTTLE
The finished cable line should look like this, and once done secure the cable line to the fork using the ties supplied. |

07. INSTALL FUEL LINE
Insert the fuel can into the water bottle holder and secure the top of the bottle to be sure no fuel can leak. |
 |
08. GET ON AND RIDE
Now your bike is outfitted with the Wheel by RevoPower, so get on and ride! |
