Overview
Q-Thai Auto is a publicly listed automotive-parts manufacturer with high-volume production. Its assembly lines run 24 hours a day, while power-intensive smelting machinery drives high electricity costs. The project was designed to reduce operating expenses and improve sustainability without disrupting production.
